New here..excuse if it's been asked before. I don't see anyway in the docs to adjust the volume of a voice mail from a remote dial in IF the CP is configured for Call PIlot interface instead of NVM. Am I missing something?

I have been working on Nortel for 18 years and have not heard of volume adjustments, that can be made remotely , to the voicemail.

Perhaps I should have a been a little clearer. When listening to your voice mail message on a Call Pilot 100/150 that has benn set up with the NVM mode you can press the * key upto 4 times during a playback to increase volume. ON the Call pilot interface the * key is help. Anyone else run into this??
