I'm self-installing Norstar CICS 7.0 with Call Pilot 100 3.0. I'm able to get the phone system itself working, but can't seem to figure out how to get the Call Pilot properly wired and configured, despite having all the documentation.

I need some help with some of the fundamentals, like...

Is the interface into CICS line or station?

Is there a trick to wiring Port A TCM 1,3 and Port B TCM 2,4 to the proper CICS line/station?

Is there a designated line/station for VM on the CICS

Any tips will help!

Thanks!

A. Station
B. No
C. No, but I usually use the last station ports so I can keep the sets sequential

Please call your vendor. The Call Pilot is very simple to install and program either from a station or via the web interface. If you are asking the questions you have, then you obviously need the help of someone experienced.
