Re: Bob's Olympics

i dont know maybe it'a a stupid question and to easy to solve or just i couldn explain what i want to do.

i've a BRIM with 4 ISDN line (multi number)....

what i want to do is simulate a DID.

i want my BCM50 auto answer to one ISDN root number and wait for other 3 digit incoming ( for example DN number) and route the calling directly to internal DN...
Just i want to know if i should to use a CallPilot Apllication (Auto Attendant or CCR)...o i can do something directly in BCM configuration...

thanks and sorry me

No need to be sorry, I think, possibly, no one answered your post immediately because you seem to be asking if someone could program a
BCM so that the user could dial a number + ext and somehow the BCM would magically answer and route the call to the correct extension, without any intermediate steps. This is, as far as I know, not possible.
You can however, program the AA to answer the incoming lines, then, via a greeting, inform the caller that they can dial a desired extension number. You can get a bit fancy with menus and such, but the most basic is: Line xx gets answered by AA after x rings, by Greeting Table x.
Greeting Table x tells AA to use Company Greeting x.
The Company Greeting should include something like "if you know your parties extension number, you may dial it at any time". The ability of the AA to transfer to internal extensions is a default function. It requires no additional programming.

I assume you have EURO ISDN trunks?
Are those PP w. DID's or PMP with MSN's?
If you have the MSN version you have to work with the CO to roll MSN's between the BRI's ( never done this), the easier way is to order the PP version and assign a range of DID's.

I would have thought you could have used DISA on the line. That way the system would answer with internal dial tone and then you would dial the internal extension.
