Rep Power: 3 ![]() | I chnged the DN #s to the same number as the DID. I then went to Target Lines/Trunk Line Data/received number and changed public number to the 4 digit DID number. That can't be all there is to it can it? Supposedly the numbers aren't active till November 8th. But I dialed from the outside anyway and the number seems to be active as far as it connects to our companies main number. So I'm just not sure if the numbers aren't forwarding properly to the extension or its because the provider hasn't activated yet. | ||||||||

Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Yup, pretty much.. But now you need to assign the Target Line to the extension. Go into Active System DNs->DN XXXX->Line Assisngment->Lines Assigned. There are 3 types of options when assigning lines and all target lines can have multiple appearances: Appear&Ring Ring Aonly (call will come in on the intercom key) Appear Only Nice job on figuring it out.. But if you look at my original post, I did point you in the right direction. | ||||||||

Just talked to Sprint and the DIDs will not work until November 8th. I wondered why when I dialed one of the DIDs it rang our main number and he said that they've probably connected the main lead. | |||||||||
