I am trying to connect a CLI to a computer, and I cant seem to get it working, I am hoping someone will already be doing this.

The system is a 6x16, I have plugged it in and have got F9*2 working, at first it came up "printer problem" I have connected to com1 on the computer, but I cant get HyperTerminal to get the log information. I have made sure the baud rate is the same on both.

any help is appreciated.

IF YOU GOT THE F9*2 WORK, DID YOU SET UP THE PARAMETERS IN SMDR ADMIN. IF SO I WOULD TRY SOMETHING OTHER THAN HYPERTERMINAL, LIKE PROCOMM

Yes i have used another program but it was the same results as hyperterminal, i have changed the parameters to 4800 on both computer and the CLI using the 9*2 menu.
