I need Help?

We need to switch distributers for whom we buy are norstar equipment from. We are NEC dealers but do have a couple of norstar clients. The reason we are switching is to go with a distributor that could provide us with after hours tech support in the event of an emergency. I need some reputable recomendations.

Calls get disconnected unexpectedly
My fav vendor thus far is TeleTechnologies. They offer package deals, individual equiptment as well as Used vs. New selections.

Another option might be "Ronco". 336.668.4488 (Greensboro, NC) or 1-(800)876-8224. Both will get you to the Greensboro location which I think serves the Va area as well.
