Location: Frankfort, KY Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I have a client with a BCM 3.7 w/ CallPilot 37.00.87.22.....I'm having a problem with getting each hunt group to ring with a distinctive ring.....All lines are answered by the auto-attendant.....When the call comes in and the caller presses 1, 2 or 3 to go to the different hunt groups they are just ringing with the default ring......I have set each hunt group to have their own ring pattern thru the unified manager programming......I didn't know if I'm missing a setting or if the hunt groups won't follow their programmed ring pattern thru the voice mail........When I call the hunt groups thru the phone they ring with the distinctive ring pattern.....Any help would be appreciated....Thanks. | ||||||||
