Tie lines to an Aspect question

The Flash is more popular, but all program about the same. There are a few differences here and there.

Good Luck!!

"old" CII caller ID module

The Flash will be out of production soon. Call Pilot is the new replacement.
I'm sure the Flash will be around for quite some time on the Gray market at least.

Marvo said it!! He's right, they will be around for a long time. The Call pilot 150 also has a basic call center in it, that is very easy to prog and set up. I'msure that their are mor flash, only due to the CP being new.

URGENT!!! Compact ICS CallerID ????????

Mitch,

Lots of replies today...

But with few differences (NAM to Flash level) the N* voice mail systems use exactly the same formats from the early 90s to today's CP100/150. When you read the CP100 manual, don't get confused by the inclusion of the Call Pilot Mini. This is NOT a N* product. It is an M1 product only! N* use if you network your N* and M1 systems. It is really sloppy documentation. Once you learn the basic Star Talk programming all else is verision details. NAM is a little different as it runs on an accessable OS2 platform and can expand to 32 voice channels with many other co-resident applications. There are glitches and bugs of compatability between new/old KSU software and voice mail software releases so be careful. This in part is what you will find useful in the forums.

Cheers

PhM
