Pri with 20 ringing extension on all incoming calls and personal vmail.

I was thinking of adding every extension to 1 huntgroup and having the huntgroup set to "ring only" on those extension. If im correct HG do not follow icm path programmed to go to vmail.

any other suggestions?

Sounds to me like you are on the right track. Are you installing a Call Pilot? If so, I would think about using the call center on it.

You can have the hunt group goto any voicemail box. Setup the hunt group to overflow to the VM DN, then setup the voicemail box to use the hunt group DN as an alternate extension and the call will drop into that voicemail box once it times out. Unfortunately you cannot have more than one call on the hunt group and it will not follow the CFNA or CFB path of any extension where it rings.

So, hunt group is your best bet because you don't have to worry about it dropping into an errant voicemail box due to CFNA or CFB.

Brewsky,

What do you mean by this? Cannot have more than one call on the hunt group.

What I meant was that one person can only receive one hunt group call at a time. If they are are on a hunt group call for HG1, then they won't receive another HG1 call until they finish the first call.

And sets that have hunt groups assigned to them can be in a page zone. Did you read, or experience this recently?
