We have a 4.0 NAM and a 4.0 ICS laying around, that we would like to sell to a good customer on a tight budget.

We would like to get to 6.1 ICS and I believe we would have to get to 4.1 NAM. Question - Is this correct (we want the 6.1 for CLID, and the NAM has to go to 4.1 right ?).

Can a 4.0 NAM be upgraded to 4.1 ? How is this done ?

A 4.0 NAM can go to 4.1. The image can be downloaded from Nortel's Partner site. Upgrade is via Backpack CD-ROM drive.

And, yes, you need the upgrade to be compatible with ICS 6.1.
