I see my Call Pilot 150 has an option from the admin menus to enable the 'modem', and I've entered the password to enable the modem. I'm used to configuring the virtual modem in the NAM, but I don't see the configuration options in the Call Pilot for Modem DN or Line, as they are in the NAM; therefore, I don't know how to configure a Target Line to answer with the Call Pilot virtual modem.

Any help?

Jim

Thanks for the tip...I have to apologize, since I haven't gotten to the office yet to read the Call Pilot CD, but your tip worked up to a point-
when I did the **1002 and the modem password, she said "one moment please...5,4,3,2,1" and then there was silence; what was supposed to happen at that point? And again, if this is spelled out on the Call Pilot CD, I'll be in the office tomorrow where we've got 3 Norstar/Call Pilot systems ready to go out, so I'll look through one of the CDs to see if this info is there. But if it's NOT included on the CD, and you're able to give more info here, without compromising passwords, etc. please do, and I'll check back here after I've checked the CD.

Again, thanks for the help...I'm further along than I would have been!

Yep, truly a man- 'When all else fails, read the book!' It is explained well on the CD, now that I've had a chance to look at it! Works fine.

Thx,
Jim
