I install a call pilot 150 with enhacne call center. I install the call center reporting. but when I run the master client report it tell me that the call center in not connected to the RDB server. I have configure the call center ip on the master client but i dont know if the password on the call pilot manager is correct. can some help me with this

outbound transfer from callpilot 100 ccr

You have to install the server on a pc to gather the call center info. You can change the call center reporting password in CP manager. The server ip will be followed by port 8808.

it has be done. the problem is that the call center is not connecting to that pc or RDB server

Next question, what software do you have? Do you have the CD that came with the unit, or are you using software downloaded from the Nortel site? The reason I ask is that the first time I did this was with software downloaded and placed on a CD. The software was corrupt. I went back and downloaded straight to the server pc and all worked well. What do you get when you do the connect test?
