I have 3 problems that have me stumped...

1. MICS 6.1 with Flash 2.0 using a T1 with no PRI. After parking a call and retreiving it, i am not able to x'er it to mail. I can transfer after hold and directly, but not after park.

2. CCR tree on a BCM 3.6 call pilot. Customer wants to be able to back up within the menu, rather than repeat the whole tree.

3. Same CCR, customer wants to be able to have the caller hear 1 ring on the line before the CCR picks up, without having it ring once in the office.

For #1, no idea
For #2, * doesn't work?
For #3, set the Flash to answer lines after 1 ring... no biggie.

#3 addendum - Change all line appearances in question to "Appear Only" from "Ring and Appear".

#1 Need more info ; are you talking about F986 ? What exactly can you or can't you do after retrieving a parked call ?
