Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I have a customer which we took over (BCM 3.6). The only known password limits what you can do. We tried to add a keycode today and the message indicated that 'no authorization'. We can't get into the 'user management' section to access the passwords. Is there a way to reset or find the passswords without erasing any programming on the harddrive? Can you use debug to crack the password? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. PS The previous company will not release the passwords. | ||||||||
