Location: SC Rep Power: 5 ![]() | You cannot use line redirect on a DID to my knowledge but you can use Feature 4 (call fwd) at the ringing extension and then press "9" or whatever your external code is and then type in the number. This has worked for some but not all of my DID customers...I think it depends on the software level. | ||||||||

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Depending on the software version of the KSU, you can redirect the DID (as long as it is programmed for 'Appear & Ring' not 'Ring only'). If the DID rings only on that ext, you can as stated before, forward the set externally. Feature 84 would be the feature code for forwarding the appearing DID to an external number. Again, it depends on the KSU software ( I believe that it has to be at least 4.1 - please correct me someone if I'm incorrect on this). | ||||||||
