I was trying to simply change a password for our main voicemail line (NorStar), but somehow ended up changing the System Coordinator password (The password for the user when you press Feature 983), so now I am stuck not knowing what it is, and I can't reset it because I can't log on.....Any help is much appreciated! thanks.

Not that I want to be a prick or anything, but it's against forum policy to put up those passwords... isn't it?

Yes it is. If you feel you want to pass any critical or sensitive information such as this, please do so via email. Although I strongly discourage this as well because we don't know who is asking, and it could just be someone who is trying to break into someones voicemail.

I hope you understand.
