Re: Hey!!! Who killed the worm?

The business I work for has a Nortel CICS & Meridian sets. They had 5 existing lines (L001-L005), and several months ago added two more (L006/7). The problem is, the installer only set them up on the primary set.

Now they want these two newest lines as buttons on two other phones in the building.

I've worked with the CICS system in the past, so I confidently logged into the config system to set up the buttons on the other phones. Problem is, I appear to be missing the Line configuration option. I can modify the buttons on the phones within the Sets=>User Configuration menus, but there is only a "Dial Tone" option beneath the Line menu.

Is there a chance there is another level of administration I need to get into, or that the Config administration menu has been limited by the telco or something? In either case, how do we get past this and reconfigure the system ourselves? The telco loves to charge us outrageous rates to come in for simple tasks like this.

Is there a way to print phones with Add-on Modules only?

Never mind for now. Someone had changed the scplus password, and I found a sticky note in the back of the Nortel programming book noting its new setting.

I just quickly went into the menu, but the Lines option has more in it now. If I still can't do anything, I'll be back!
