Norstar phone is not goining to voicemail, it keeps ringing. Is there any setting to enable and disable voicemail? I have already setup voicemail greetings.

Go into the system programming under capabilities and set the phone to forward to the voicemail DN after the required number of rings.

I should say go into the system programming, find the extension in question, and go into capabilities under that extension and set the phone to forward to the voicemail DN after the required number of rings.

I would hope that your vendor left you manuals or instructions. I'm relatively new here myself, but I believe it is "against the rules" to post that info (login info and passwords). If I am wrong, someone please correct me.

Once you are in the programming, it's under Terminals and Sets, DN XXX, Capabilities, Forward No Answer.

BCM 3.6 CPU overflow

If you do not know you're password or are not
familar/comfortable with entering programming
call your vendor.

If you're not sure of what to do in the programming
you could do alot of damage to the programming
of you're system.
