Location: Dallas, Texas Rep Power: 0 ![]() | ANOTHER WEBSITE Hey guys...I had a customer ask me if there is a way to hook a polycom conference phone to a M7310. And if so. How would you do it? I got a MICS 4.1 that I am dealing with. And they showed me some prongs that they thought may hook up to it. I had never seen those before. Looking for some guidance.. Thanks

BUT FIRST I TAKE IT THAT YOU DON'T HAVE AN ANALOG PORT AND THE CUSTOMER DOESN'T WANT TO INVEST IN A POLYCOM THAT ACTS LIKE A 7100 ON A DIGITAL PORT. I LOVE CHEAP CUSTOMERS!

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | wireless headsets for M2216's If its not a Polycom made specifically for the Norstar check out www.konexx.com. They have two products that would work. One is an ATA (P/N 50010) the other is a cheaper handset interface (P/N 10910).

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | 0x32 2.0 target line help Speaking of the Norstar Audio Conferencing Unit, does anyone have 2 power supplies for these? I got 2 NACU's off ebay without power supplies and guess what? A standard Polycom power supply does not work! I'm having a devil of a time trying to get replacement or aftermarket proprietary power supplies for the NACU. Anybody?

Rep Power: 6 ![]() | pilot Number Polycom power supplies can be found here http://www.polycomlink.com/vspower.html Just putting everones input in one easy to see paragraph here: Norstar Polycom only on a Nortar system. Analog Polycom on any system with an analog adaptor from the system. Analog(only) Polycom on a norstar set...like Alan said, the konexx device...you plug the konexx device to the wall jack and plug the Nortar and the Polycom into the konexx device. The Polcom will then use the "B" channel of the Norstar port....works great. Note to Kali6: Dont worry about PP yelling...he does that all the time or his Caplocks key is stuck...rather rude but what can ya do. I do wonder why they want to hook it upto the 7310 though and is it an analog or digital Polycom you have?
