| A questioin about IP trunk I had a customer ask me if they could do a call pick-up on a station that is ringing from an ACD directed call. I've never tried that. They are thinking of buying a new BCM400 from us and using their old M series phones with it. Thoughts? | ||||||||

Location: Meechigan Rep Power: 5 ![]() | I'm pretty sure we did this on a BCM 2.3 Call Center. The biggest drawback is that if they are doing any stats/reporting on the agents or calls, statistics will be made irrelevant (the call that is "picked up" confuses the ACD reporting.) | ||||||||
