Rep Power: 0  | I have a question about IP Trunk of BCM. My Customer is networking Shanghai and HK with IP Trunk of BCM. When a station dialed a external number at other site with IP trunk, They can’t hear any voice each other sometimes. So we reboot the BCM, the problem will appear again after some hours. | ||||||||

There have been many IP telephony related patches (FEPS) over the last few years. There is currently an IP patch on the Nortel site that came out in the last month or so. Assuming the programming is correct, ( I would certainly review it as you probably have, but if it works most of the time.........), the very first thing you should do is get those puppies on 3.6, cumulative patch 2, and get BCM_360[1].170_FEPS.33.371300 on there as well. That's most likely what ITAS will tell you as well. Good luck | ||||||||
