Location: SC Rep Power: 5  | (continuation from my last post regarding the target lines not showing up on an upgrade to 6.1XC) Ok, so the upgrade from 6.1 to 6.1XC is complete, the target lines now go to 348. Apparently I had to have two 6-port cards in the main cabinet for those to show up. The lines are there but they do not work...meaning, you can build a target line and assign it to an extension but it just rings to the front desk. Is there a way to activate these new target lines that came with the upgrade? | ||||||||

Since you haven't had any replies on this one, I will offer this vague opinion. The whole thing just smells like this things just plain wacked to me. If this is a huge problem that MUST be resolved, and it were me, I would suggest to my boss that it's probably time to wipe this thing clean and start over again. I sure I'm not telling you something you don't know, but there's no such thing as "activating" Target lines or any such thing, as far as I know. Nothing about this problem points in any logical direction to me, It's done broke. I wish you luck Just my .02 | ||||||||

Location: Republic, MO Rep Power: 0 Country: | Further evidence in support of Slag's view on marriage... I have seen this problem before if the Prime set on the trunk itself is set to the main extension number. Other than that it sounds like you may have some software corruption. | ||||||||

Location: SC Rep Power: 5 | I had to have an M0x16 attached to the 2nd 6-port card in order for those new target lines to work. I added the 2nd card to add the target lines but they were not active until I added the 0x16...who woulda figured?!  Alls well that ends well... | ||||||||
