| MICS 4.0 with T1 Have a customer looking to get outbound caller id and inbound caller id. We are going to get PRI enabler key codes for the system and installing them here in a couple of weeks. My question: With 4.0 can I enable all sets to display the caller information with PRI enabled on the system? Also, outbound caller ID is a carrier option, correct? Thanks in advance! | ||||||||

Location: Lake Elmo, Mn Rep Power: 7  Country:  | I believe the 4.0 is not capable of setting up CallerId on more than one set. This is done in the line programming. If you want information displayed on more than one set, you will need to have the call log, lines ring/appear and log space set up on those sets. Does anyone else have any further info? | ||||||||

Also do you have voicemail, and what type is it? | Well....... The software upgrade is what I am thinking of. Just found out the the customer has 4.0 The outbound is the primary intent, and I am working on that, but I am thinking I am going to have to upgrade. They have a NAM if I am not mistaken. Any more thoughts? | ||||||||
