With reference to a BCM 400 and call center Pro, is there a way to make an ACD call ring different than a call to that station's DID? This would help the ACD agent know what calls are personal and which ones are not based upon the ring type.

ACD calls should be presented to the phone with two short rings, whereas a DID call will be presented with one long ring. Plus, on an ACD call, the skillset name will be displayed on the phone for a couple seconds followed by the caller ID (if available). On a DID call they should see the caller ID of the call (if available).

You could also set their target line to appear and ring for a better idea of whether it is a DID call or not.
