| Does Call Pilot do this? Hello, I have a nortel norstar pbx system. using smartalk. I have one user's phone that has been initialized for voice mail , has been working 2yr prior, for some reason , now it just rings and voicemail does not engage at all. Checked the setting and the voicemail option is engaged. Any susggestions would be helpful. All other user's phones are working properly except this one phone. Thankyou | ||||||||
