All,

Here is my problem. When someone is on the phone and another call comes in, it displays the caller but the system will not let me put the first caller on hold and answer the second caller. What must I do to enable this feature.

do you have the lines on your set , and do you have more than 1 intercom button on your phone ?

I have 2 intercom buttons and no line buttons. Thanks in advance for your help.
