That feature is available thru the CP150...see below for instructions:
First you must make sure this feature is enabled:
Press Feature 983
Type in your log (you will use this log number to change greetings remotely so remember it)
Press OK
Press 77 to open a hidden menu
Change external init to Y

To change greetings away from the office:
Dial your main #, when you hear the AA or mailbox answer, press **
Type in your admin log number and press the # key
You will then need to "initialize the mailbox" like you were a new user (this only needs to be done once)
Once you get thru the initialization procedure, press 99 to open a menu to close business or record greetings. follow the prompts from that point.
