| Combo cards My organization is new to both Nortel and Norstar. The Executone system that we had previously allowed for remote changes to the main greeting (i.e., organization name, hours, etc). After installation, we were told that the Norstar system (CallPilot 150) does not provide these capabilities. I was astonished and shocked! Is there any way around this situation (which to me constitutes a system defect)? Thanks. | ||||||||
