Hi,
I have been maintaining 11c system, in some of the analog trunks whenever incoming call arrives there is a delay of 10 secs.

When operator picksup the call, called party can hear clearly but receiving end can get the voice after 10 sec only. Analog line connected directly and checked working fine.

Steps tried to resolve the problem

1, Cards replaced
2, Slots changed and checked
3, RDB & COT datas checked with working
4, System earthing checked

Still problem persist, can anyone suggest to resolve the problem.

Thanks in advance.

Regards
Ram

CHECK AND MAKE SURE YOUR SIG IS CORRECT IN LD 14, SOUNDS LIKE ONE IS SET FOR GRD AND IT'S ACTUALLY LOOP.
ALSO IF THESE ARE COPPER GO TO THE DEMARC AND SEE IF IT DOES IT THERE

I'm no expert but I've read that ground start trunks are the way to go on opt. 11 switches.

IF this happen over night , then I would cheak the trunks in question,to see if your local phone company has made any changes to the them. In the past I have had my local bell change my trunks, from ground to start to analog. Can you give any more backgroud about the problem.
