Rep Power: 7 ![]() | MAT 6.67 CDR Bob, can't say on a CICS, but I tested on an MICS just installed this past weekend and I hear the MOH tone once, then silence, then the phone transfered to rings. Answer normally, and carry on a conversation. Never did I hear a spurt of dial tone during the transfer sequence. System set-up is analog lines wi CLID on Global analog cards, line pool A, dest code of 9 any, using route 001 with no dial out, absorb didgits=1. Anxious to try on a CICS and see if any different. __________________ Two snips, a snort, a turn, a fly, and a grunt, and it was so simple, like the jitterbug, it plum evaded me!

Rep Power: 7 ![]() | UNEMPLOYED Bob, redirect of fwd should make no diff in loss. Both are doing the same thing, ie; trunk to trunk transfer :casstet: __________________ Two snips, a snort, a turn, a fly, and a grunt, and it was so simple, like the jitterbug, it plum evaded me!

Rep Power: 7 ![]() | Caller ID on ACD phone It happens, sadly to say, to alot of us as we get older. I also get to blame mine on that large floating airport I worked at while assisting @ Uncle Sam's Canoe Club!!!!!! __________________ Two snips, a snort, a turn, a fly, and a grunt, and it was so simple, like the jitterbug, it plum evaded me!
