| Using a MICS with a CP 100 ver 2.10. AA is enable on all lines. Just have company greeting, first node in ccr tree is a xfer node to 221, nothing else. So according to the greeting, if no dn is selected the caller is to hold on and the call in directed to 221. The default for using the company directory is to press the # key. When the # key is pressed during the company greeting DN 221 rings instead of getting Nortel Nancy with the company directory speal. All mailboxes have 'Display in Directory' checked. System Properties have 'Directory Available' checked and am using NVM. Anyone run across this before? | ||||||||
