I've got a customer who inherited a CICS 4.1, programming password has been changed. Any ideas?

You have 2 options:

1) Call Nortel and have them reset

2) Use Norstar Remote Utilities Browser to change it

You can always use Feature ** DEBUG, Assuming that you know the method. Contact me if you need assistance. Can you login at ADMIN level?.

Hi,
Please check u can change the time in your system?.(F**time)
Then u can reset the password.
