Best I can tell the phones are M7310's...

I have no idea what the model is on the phone PBX itself.. Its grey with a meridian label thats green ..

The phones are somewhat programmed, just in a very bad fashion.. I wanted to be able to put the extensions in some sort of order..

What you are wanting is "Change Dn's". This can be done without much trouble by someone who is experienced with Norstar programming. If you don't have the programming manual, there is a site where you can download one. It has been posted here before, but I can't remember the name. Look thru the posts, and you will find it. You will have to know which N* model you have before getting a manual.

Re: OTM Telecom billing reports

Sounds to me like you are wanting to program the autodial buttons on the M7310?????? If this is what you are looking for.........

Feature *2, press the button you want to program, dial the internal extension. Display will respond with Programmed

I believe Ramjet was on the right Track. Please review the manual before making changes. Always document what was before you change it. Before changing the DN (ext) you will need to know what the DN currently is on the set. You can figure this out easiest by press FEATURE *0 and then pressing the intercom key. This will give you current extension of the phone. You can press RLS when done to exit button inquery mode.

Change DN is located under the System Programming overlay. Please review the manual before making the change.

Good luck and welcome.

Not sure if DR2 has "Change DN" capabilities. But I do know that "Set Relocation" is inherent and cannot be turned off. I had to reset the entire system to get all the DNs to line up to the ports on my old DR2 system.

Ah, Brewsky, I forgot all about that. It's been a long time since I laid hands on a DR2.

Good catch. I believe your right. Does DR 2 stuck @ 2 digit dn's as well? 21-28
