I have a few CP150's installed with PRI access. If a cell phone tries to dial using the auto attendant, the call rarely goes through. A recording comes on saying the ext. is not valid, try again. I've noticed the volume is quite loud, maybe the tones are overwellming?

It's not the db of the tones, it's the duration of them. I have an older Nokia cell phone, and I can set the dtmf tones to long. On other newer cell phones, there is no dtmf length setting. I have verified this on both CP 100 & 150.
