Location: Mississauga Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I have a few CP150's installed with PRI access. If a cell phone tries to dial using the auto attendant, the call rarely goes through. A recording comes on saying the ext. is not valid, try again. I've noticed the volume is quite loud, maybe the tones are overwellming?

Location: Arkansas Rep Power: 5 ![]() | It's not the db of the tones, it's the duration of them. I have an older Nokia cell phone, and I can set the dtmf tones to long. On other newer cell phones, there is no dtmf length setting. I have verified this on both CP 100 & 150.
