Hello, U.S. RBOC seeks Avaya expert for long term project. This position is not posted on the company's website, so let me provide you with the details:

Rate: $50/hr.++

Company seeks Avaya Customer Service Manager with Avaya, PBX and/or AVVID knowledge base of data gathering for phone implementations. Candidate has experience putting together Dial Plans, BATs, and databases for Avaya or AVVID. Candidate has understanding for VOIP and non VOIP phone installations. Candidate should be able to interview customers regarding their current phone system and how it would relate to/differ from future phone system. Candidate should understand call forwarding, voice mail, hunt groups, extension mobility, toll bypass and calling search spaces.

Skills Required include:

- 5 years of prior experience in a telecom background
- Excellent communication skills
- Project Management skills
- MS Excel
- Phone system Knowledge Base (Avaya)
- Dial Plan
- Avaya Certifications (desired, but not required)
