Location: Houston, TX Rep Power: 0  Gender:  Country:  | 9630 Avaya Headset button Hello, I have a 9630G IP phone that has the hardcode button for headset. We figured out how to get the voicemail button to work (SET MSGNUM in the 46xx.settings file and enter the voicemail number), but now we want the headset button to answer an incoming call. When you press it, it does give a dial tone, but it won't answer an incoming call. Can someone help? | ||||||||
