Location: Ft Lauderdale Rep Power: 0 ![]() | call trace Morning, I am having an issue with our operators. They are their own ACD group. They are now recieving calls that there display shows masqsig*97 If I print the route from the 8720, route 10 is the QSIG Mas (basically Mod messaging). No one is on the other end of the operators phone call. I have put the Malicious call button on one of the phones, but wondering if it will give me the info I need. Does anyone have any other ideas as to figuring this out? On another note, How do you trace an extension. I type tra and it automatically changes it to tra route. tks all Scout641

For your other question, what does *97 do in your system? __________________ Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup. Marty
