| Junior Member | PBX recommendations for SMB office Hello - I'm planning out a new remote office space with about 40-50 users and would like to get some expert recommendations (before our vendors start selling us the big $$$ solution). Our requirements are: - digital phones (not VoIP at the outset, as management has prior bad experiences with it) - 4 digit dialing to our corporate home and remote offices - support for VoIP in the future - reporting and analysis options My apologies if this is a bit broad or vague, as I'm new to Avaya products. | Moderator  | For Avaya products, I would suggest looking at IP Office, S8300, and S8400. IP Office and S8300 are designed for IP phones but will support digital phones also. The S8400 is probably on the large end for what you want but it can use traditional Avaya cards, the IP Office and S8300 require special cards. __________________ Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup.
