Type the command "list ars an" and you will get a list of all numbers you can call. Scroll down to where 2 and 3 would be on your list. What does it say? You should have the same entries as you have for 4 to 9.

To change your ARS tables type "change ars an 2". This will take you to a page where you can change your settings. Go to a blank line (that might be on the second page) and enter the data for 2 and 3. Copy what you see for 4.

If you already have entries for 2 and 3, cancel your change command and tell us what they are and are they different than the data for 4 to 9?

First type "display ars an 4" and write down what you see there in each column. Cancel that command and type "change ars an 2", now enter that same data in the same fields substituting 2 for 4. Use your down arrow key and repeat for 3.

This is assuming that there is no current entry for 2 or 3. If there are already entries for 2 and 3, post that screen shot.

I took another look at your screen shot and you are in the wrong place. You want ARS Analysis not ARS Digit conversion.
