Rep Power: 0 ![]() | My display quit working. I think it quit working after I turned off power to the 1151A1 power unit by mistake. Once I restored power to the unit (after several hours) The display still does not do anything at all. I unplugged the phone for 5 minutes and plugged it back in. I took my phone to another desk and it still would not display and theirs did. I had put another 8434DX phone on my line and it did not display. Any ideas on what might be the problem and solution?

Rep Power: 0 ![]() | It could be something stupid last time I saw something like that the phone was the wrong type defination in the switch (I saw this in an older G3)..it was not defined as a 8434 I have also seen the seperate power supplies go bad every once in a while..also cords into seperate power unit must be put in the right slots...one is marked phone I think..if they are reeversed you might see that...
