Cool Question AVAYA vs CISCO for call centers

Good morning my fellow Techs I need some help and information.

We are getting ready to start the RFQ process to upgrade our whole phone system and are looking at the two company's above. We have an Avaya G3r V8 now have 2800 handsets, Intuity VM with approx 45-50 hours of recording for Auto Attendants and VM accounts and is a great system. I have only called for Tier 2 support 11 times in 10 years a solid platform. We use alot of call center features for our Student Services with Centre Vu CMS incoming and outgoing features.
There is alot of info on the net on the phone platforms for both products but I cant find any thing on the Cisco Call Center or ACD environment. Does anyone have any side by side comparisons this is a big part of our Schools use.
We all know What Cisco Approach is for anything they keep saying "We can Do That" that is all I herd when we were at their Cisco Head Qtrs in Phoenix, but they didn't show me any ACD product except an outgoing call center. They did show me alot of Video products and some how all conversations lead back to their video solution.
I know What the Avaya Products are capable of . I am Very Skeptical about the Forklift approach by CISCO or the cost of the added equipment for the Migration approach.
Any Information will be appreciated Thanks in advance.

I am not sure if cisco have a built in Call Centre solution. But I do remember a company called arcsolutions having a cisco certified soft call centre solution.
