Altigen-Asterisk integration
Hey, I'm trying to configure a SIP trunk to connect an Asterisk PBX and an Altigen phone server. I don't know if it's possible and I honestly don't know where to start...especially what to configure on the Altigen server. I don't see any options on the SIP-tie trunks. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Has anyone accomplished thius?

Unfortunately, I don't know much about Altegen, but SIP is a standard, so if it can do SIP trunks, it shouldn't be very hard to setup. If you can provide a model number, I'll see what I can come up with.

We are using MaxAdministrator 6.0 software with Triton Analog boards. On my list of trunks I see:
LS
H323-tie and
Sip-tie.
I'm wondering if there is anyway to configure the SIP-tie to communicate with Asterisk...Altigen has an optiong to purchase a SIP trunk registration licence, which I think is the route I'll have to take. Any imput would be appreciated.
