Rep Power: 5 ![]() | I don't know if I answered this in the PM you sent me or not. But, for anyone else reading there are a few ways to do it. You can create a custom extension that directly goes to the remote phone number (like a cell phone). Or, if you have a remote office with a trunk already between the two Asterisk systems, you can route accross that trunk like this: IAX2/Trunk-Name/211 (extension number) Or, if you are looking for a "Find me" type system, you can setup a queue just for them like "210 Finder" if their main office phone is 210 and their custom cell phone extension is 211. Then, put 210 and 211 as static agents, set it up with "round-robin" and with a timeout of 15 seconds. This will ring their local phone, if they don't answer, ring their cell phone, and if they don't answer that, you setup the "Fail over" to their voice mailbox number. | ||||||||
