forwading
If I have an extension forwading to another extension when the 1st extension is not answering, and forwards to the second extension but finds it non responsive. Should it not then continue to where ever the second extension is set to foward to?

Depends on what you mean by non-responsive. Does that mean it isn't even registered with the PBX?
