Hello everyone,
As we continue to evolve pbxinfo.com we would like to get some feedback on how we are doing and also why you visit the site.

I (Rick Cruz a.k.a rixride) started this site back in Nov of 99 as a small static webpage and some tips for trouble shooting a Meridian PBX. I realized as a tech out in the field there were just not a lot of places you go to meet other techs and exchange information so I created this site. We launched a new database driven website in March of 2002 to actually let people sign up and be part of the community since then we have had millions of page views and hundreds of thousands of visitors and generally not too much feedback about the site.

We don't know how we are doing? Are we getting worse or better? Please help us help you. We want to create the perfect community coupled with resources to help you do your job no matter what that is. If it is installing a PBX or purchasing one, training your end users or just being one we want to be here and we want to help.
