Afternoon all, just took over this position, I am well versed in Avaya but this is all new! Managed to get a lot done, one of the questions is outbound trunks.

Is there a way, or how can you specify an order of trunk selection as it seems to pick random. Our fax line sometimes get's grabbed and then, well, you guess it no faxes get recieved as someone made a call and the switch took that line.

Any help is appreciated. I am not sure on versions, etc. but if you need to know that, just point me in to how to get it and I will do that.
