Soho PBX SP-416c - only 2 extensions ringing...help please!

Well where to start! Am at a loss. Firstly, I dont usually install these. I'm used to BT Versatility and Inspiration manuals written in understandable english - this Soho thing takes the biscuit it really does.

Basically I only have two extensions ringing, I have read through the manual but I cant see a setting to make them all ring.

I'd really realy appreciate some help if someone knows....or can make better sense of the manual than me!

The manual is here:

by default, yes only 2 extension ring. You can configure the PBX as many extensions as you like as follows:-

dial "*#*0000" from extension 601 to enter programming mode , then Press ?3MN0#? (M = CO line and N = 2 digits extension number).

Explanation This would enable incoming call on line M to ring N extension under operator mode. "32140" means CO line 3 ring extension 614"
