Man, it's been a long time since I worked on one of these. Basically, there is nothing you can connect to the switch to pull the configuration. It does not have any type of "GUI" to interface with it. Only connection is via a TTY or the attendant console. If I remember correctly the SMDR comes out of the switch on a red/green-green/red pair, just can't remember which 25 pair cable it is. Do you have SMDR output now? Any smdr software running on a pc will do, just connect the smdr output to a rs232 cable pins 3 and 7 and connect to com1 on a pc. I still have the books on this thing at home I think. At one time I had 10 of these that I maintained, one of which was the multi module configuration pushing 2000 extensions for a hospital. They are long gone now. We do still have a couple of the BEC sets in our warehouse if your'e interested. I'm sure they would let them go for a song.

Thank for the info, but checking the pbx i found that is not a focus 960, it was only the case and some documentation about this PBX. the PBX is a Matra 6540 and still have the same problem, nothing connected to it, no software and no documentation. I'm new in this things, do you know where can find some documentation about this model. or software to manage the PBX
