We installed one of these about 3mths ago and still have a few teething problems.

1) can't get SIP gateway to work
incoming calls are fine, but outgoing won't dial

2) calls parked by other users do not show up on my phone (pcs100) or companion (pcs60) as parked, and so I cannot lift them (and vice versa).

1) is probably the router config - though I can't see what I've done wrong, Juniper Netscreen (far too difficult- considering replacing with a Cisco - at least there is a community out there that knows how to set these up !!)

2) is eating me at the moment - losing calls because of it, which is lifeblood of our business (recruitment agency)

any ideas ?
