Question Fujitsu F93S Programming ?

I have an old Fujitsu two-cabinet system (cabinets have a sticker on them with F93S as equipment type) with a console and two digital sets that I have recently powered up after sitting in my shop for a while. All the analog ports have dialtone and the console works but I can't get the Digital sets to work. I've never installed one but I know GTE used to sell them back when the Earth was still cooling. I'm wondering how to access programming. Through a terminal or the console? I have a computer with ProComm connected to I/O 1-0 and get **SYSTEM READY with a time and date but can't get it to respond to any keyboard command. Please Help!

Have you ever found a solution to your issue? I have a customer that phone service switched and now they have to dial 8 to get an outside line vs 9. I have never touched one of this systems before.
