Samsung prostar 816 - cordless phones?
I have a customer who has a Samsung Prostar 816 in his house. He wants all his phones to be cordless, yet run off of a PBX system. I have never heard of a PBX being able to handle cordless extensions....have any of you?

If so, how is it done and is the Prostar capable of handling something like that?

You could use analog cards and over the counter cordless phones, but nothing available like digital multi line phones for that dinosaur.

I agree. The old 816 has the ability to use the sli cards and you would have to teach them feature codes. If you wanted them to actually do any more than answer and hang up.

Wthout using single line cards, ports 7 & 8 CAN be configured for SLT use from the base KSU.
